  1. I always mostly run away from the idea of diet plans. However, I have heard following a diet plan with short interval small meals is effective. Is it so?

      Our nutrionist has answered:

      We believe in 4 X diet that is having four major meals a day that is BF lunch Snacks and dinner all at 4 hour interval and in between fillers can be fruit buttermilk coconut water soup salad tea coffee or dried fruits. This kind of plan may work with a good exercise plan
