How to overcome depression after breakup with boyfriend?

I have recently undergone separation with my boyfriend of three years. And now I am wondering how to stop depression from my breakup. Please share your views

Feeling depressed or sad after a break up is absolutely normal. Do not overthink what you're experiencing. Indulge in activities that are pleasurable and important for you. Maintain your routine . Socialise with your friends and family Most importantly disengage from all communication with with for now. In order for you to move on, make sure you are not on social media with him till you reduce your emotional upset.Hope this helps. You can write back incase you need further assistance.

I cut all the connection with him . Do a lot of shopping. Eat rosgullas as i love them a lot though somewhere i read that we should avoid sweets when we are depressed. Go out with friends , do all types of funny activities and search a new boyfriend. Cheers!
