I am tired of supporting my husband when all he does is get drunk everyday. But then I think of the children and at least they have a father. Walking out would mean turning their lives upside down. Don’t know how to get him to stop, otherwise my marriage is over!

Do not support it. Give him an ultimatum. He needs to get a reality check. Walk out on him to send him a message. I think your children are fellow sufferers too. So, this need to stop.

You can ask his friends, your friends, and families to help you out. It's just not your battle to bring him back to his sobriety. You can talk and warn him too when he's sober enought to understand your words. And please act soon before it's too late.
