  1. I don't think they are two sides to the same coin. A person not celibate when single can be faithful in a marriage. Just because they are okay with one night stands or flings does not make a person an unfaithful partner.*p*

  2. How is fidelity complicated? You marry a person you love and you promise to be loyal to her or him no matter what. It's too simple if you are actually in love with that person and it remains constant. *p**p*Whereas, celibacy is something entirely different. Where you take a vow to devoid yourself of having any sexual feelings for anyone! That's also not complicated. People practice this if they really care about the concept. *p*
