Fights…common with young couples or older ones?

Who fights more? The young couples, the middle aged or the elders and why?

  1. I have been married for about 20 years. Our fights are far less now than 10 years back. Because we know each other’s rhythms. Hence we are both kind of less aggressive.

  2. I’d say it depends on whether the couple grow as individuals together PR drift apart. Also, some couples may bicker more but avoid major arguments. While others may not really seem to fight much, when they do things can go serious!

  3. depends… but i would think younger couples fight more… or perhaps the nature and reasons for the fights change as you age and become closer…. fights are not always bad though

  4. Couples with tendency to fight find reasons to fight, at different stages of life. The intensity steadily increases from young to middle age and then starts declining from middle towards old age.
