  1. develop hobbies, travel and hang out with people who make you feel positive. Cut out from social media and try being a bit spiritual, if possible. *p**p* *p**p*It's going to be all right. Try. NOW!*p*

  2. Feeling low and depression becomes like a convenient companion. Ditch it! Find better companions in hobbies, friends, movies*p*

  3. Go out on a vacation, spend time with your friends, do the things that you personally love to do. you should not just get caught up and keep yourself locked or get into a shell. You should find ways to entertain yourself and rememeber the fact that your life has just started after the break -up. *p*

  4. Do whatever you feel like doing which keeps your mind off the breakup. Whatever you can and whenever you want to. And don't blame yourself. It didn't work out because it wasn't supposed to. Nothing else. We humans have this special power to move on everything and move on to a better place. So keep moving. *p*

  5. if you ask me, do something you like to do. follow your hobbies, go out meet your friends, keep yourself busy so that the impact will be less. Initial few days/months are very difficult. *p**p*you can fool your heart by telling yourself that that person never came in your life.*p*
