His feelings should not be so fragile that they hurt if a woman says no. Of course, be polite and not rude (unless he is adamant, in which case, be firm and stand your ground). If you give in, he may think that your No can be turned to a Yes. But if he is a gentleman, he will take  a no not as an insult to his ego and manhood, but just want the woman wishes. And of course, lead the way when you are in the mood :)*p*

You partner is hungry and asks you to cook dinner. But you are not hungry. What do you do? You try telling him that you are not feeling like it. But what will your partner do? *p**p* *p**p*A. He will either cook dinner himself.*p**p*B. Forget about it and sleep empty stomach. But it will only add to his frustrations.*p**p*C. He will go out to eat.*p**p*In any case, its not your fault if you are not in the mood, and say no. So if you are looking for an unpolite way to say no, there isn't. No is a very straightforward answer and depending upon your understanding and relationship, it might invoke different reaction from your partner. *p**p*But here is how you can help your patner without taking the trouble of cooking dinner -*p**p*Politely mention, "I dont feel like it. Sorry! But I will make sure you dont go hungry!" this means you will have to help him cook a meal for himself. Aid him visually (men need visual aids). And if you know what makes him hungrier, try doing it. He will finish his meal quickly. Play some porn that he likes and sit with him. *p**p* *p**p*But if you are not in the mood even for this, your best bet is to send him some links of the media that could help him do the cooking himself. But whichever way you choose, make sure to make it up to him with an elaborate meal the next time. So that when you say you are not in the mood next time, he will gladly understand.*p**p* *p**p*Best of luck :)*p*

This is an open forum for all the viewpoints, and I'll give you a really smart and easy one. Jerk him off. This will kill his libido for the time being, he'll be happy and you wouldn't be having sex when you don't want to do it. Everyone happy. *p**p*But, don't do it too often, he might get suspicious. *p*

You won't hurt his feelings by being honest. It's only human to not be in the mood. Just say it politely, like 'not today honey. I'm not feeling it'. I've been told that and it was not hurtful or offensive. In fact I'd much rather a woman tell me than go through it unwilling. *p*
