We need some “Me Time’ to make our relationships healthier.

We need some “Me Time’ to make our relationships healthier. It helps us connect with ourselves, our needs and expectations and helps us bridge the gap between our relationships. We can be more giving , understanding and loving, if we learn to love ourselves.

I agree! My husband and I always make sure to spend some time apart. Usually I go and have a girls night, or he goes and meets friends. Or even be alone for a while. Helps us also appreciate each other more
