Who takes the initiative to find a solution to an argument

When there is an argument, who takes the initiative to find a solution or come up with closing remarks, certainly needs a applaud, it takes a lot of courage and maturity to do so.

  1. I agree that it really takes the courage and maturity to find the solution and also let the other know about it. And I am glad that I and my partner are equal contributors in this. Usually, after the argument, we stop talking to each other only to calm our minds and think about the sensible solution. Then talk to each other calmly and come to the mutual solution. A few bad arguments turn up really bad but that’s just the phase.
