Suman Agarwal tells us how to make a healthy Lebanese salad

Crunchy, healthy and perfect as a summer coolant, celebrity nutritionist Suman Agarwal shares a tasty and easy to make Lebanese salad recipe in this video.

To make the sauce you need white sesame seeds, powdered sugar, chopped green chillies, some yoghurt, lime juice, olive oil and some water. For the veggies you need fresh cherry tomatoes, chopped and cleaned mushrooms, diced capsicum, baby corn, sprouts, lettuce leaves and salt as per taste. Now pour the sauce over the veggies and mix everything together and voila! Your perfect summer salad is ready.
