Aakhansha Varghese is a practicing Psychological Counselor and the creator of the mental health service establishment Soul Unfold. She completed her masters of science in psychological counseling from Sampurna Montfort College, Bangalore. In therapy her approach has been eclectic however she majorly practice humanistic approach.
