Snigdha Mishra is the Founder and Director of LIFE SURFERS and founding member, member executive, and Secretary Training and Supervision of Bharatiya Counselling Psychology Association (BCPA). She is an experienced psychologist and mental wellness and behaviour trainer. She has training and expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from the Beck Institute, Philadelphia, USA and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapies (REBT), Clinical Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Therapy. Snigdha is a certified Corporate Social Responsibility Trainer from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India. She specialises in Depression and Anxiety Management, Anger Management, Relationship and Marital Counselling, Feminist Counselling, Stress Management and other Adult Life issues. She trains and facilitates therapists and psychologists in Counselling and Therapy Skills. She has been practising since the past eleven years. An avid reader, music lover, passionate cook and social activist, she actively supports capacity building and awareness on gender equality and violence against women and mental health.
